For Immediate Release — Basic Deal Terms

• Licensing Period: 4 years from the initial exploitation or release of masters

• Terms: Exclusive right to exploit the masters and composition during the Term

• Territory: The World

• Profit Share: Artist and label split profits derived from masters and publishing (sale, streaming, synchronization and otherwise) 50/50. Artist retains full songwriter's share.
